Back in March, the first Raspberry Jamboree ran alongside the Education Innovation Conference & Exhibition at Manchester Central. The Jamboree is all about sharing experiences of using the Raspberry Pi computer within education where it is revolutionising the teaching of computing and coding.
Raspberry Jamboree is back in 2014 and will be co-locating with Education Innovation again on the 27thand 28th February at Manchester Central.
This is the 2nd birthday of the Raspberry Pi computer and a fantastic way to celebrate its incredible success as well as investigate the possibilities for its huge potential impact within education and beyond.
Delegates to the Jamboree will benefit from some exclusive sessions from some very exciting guests as well as having full access to the Education Innovation Conference.
You can register for the Jamboree now by clicking here. Places are limited and early-bird tickets are already gone, so please register as soon as you can.
There will also be some Jamboree sessions available for free for visitors to Education Innovation from the Yellow Seminar Room and the CPC Classroom of the future.
For those who missed it the first time, have a listen to EICE speaker and the founder of the Raspberry Jamboree – Alan O’Donohoe – speaking on BBC Breakfast News!
Alan is the head of ICT at Our Lady’s High School in Preston, but out of school he is the founder of Hack To The Future & Raspberry Jam, the global community of events for everyone to discover the Raspberry Pi computer.
