Hannah Jones is the founder and director of Connecting Learning. She recently left the post special projects director at the National College for the Leadership of Schools and Children’s Services, where her role was to provide leadership and direction for the College on leadership of transformation through large scale Capital Investment projects and ICT.
During her time at the National College Hannah initiated, designed and delivered high quality leadership programmes to over 50% of UK school leaders (15,000) including the highly successful Strategic Leadership of ICT (SLICT) programme and Building Schools for the Future Programme.
Hannah took the SLICT programme from under 2,000 to over 13,000 in under two years and worked with over 80 local authorities on the BSF. She has an excellent grasp of the issues currently being addressed by educational leaders and managers and has the capacity and networks to support individuals and organisations manage change. She is a great strategic thinker who can identify and implement complex programmes and meet tight budgets and deadlines.
She's very good at working with other people and using their different strengths and expertise for the benefit of a project. Hannah is a confident speaker and regular writer on the importance of strategic leadership for change.
