EICE supporter UK Safer Internet Centre is running a competition for content creators. If you teach a class of keen technology users and designers, or you have a talented child of your own, UK Safer Internet Centre needs you! It is running a national Positive Content Competition as part of the European Best Content for Kids contest organised by INSAFE. It is looking for online content created for children, by either adults or children themselves.
So, if you have made an app, website, game, social network, video, or any other form of online media content designed to help and benefit children, then you could be eligible to enter one of the four categories:
- Professional adults (who create online content for a living)
- Non professional adults (who create content but do not do so for a living)
- Individual children or teams of up to 3 young people
- School classes / youth groups.
The entry criteria, judging criteria, categories, FAQs and all other necessary information regarding how to submit your entry can be found on the Positive Content Competition homepage. The competition is open until November 1st and the winner of each category will be then entered in to the European-wide contest to compete against winning entries from every other participating country. Good luck!
