• Sponsorship of the central hub with branding and logos all over the central area at the show including the large hanging banner above the stage and promotional association with the area in the run up to the show
• The opportunity to introduce the keynote speakers on the central stage.
• Free advert in the show guide, free advert on the home page of the website
• Platinum sponsor logo on all adverts, loose inserts, direct mails, tickets, brochures, signage and show guide
• Profile in the sponsors section of the website and the show guide

• Sponsorship of one of the four seminar rooms with branding and logos all over the rooms at the show and promotional association with the area in the run up to the show.
• The opportunity to introduce the keynote speakers in these rooms

• Gold sponsor logo on all adverts, loose inserts, direct mails, tickets, brochures, signage and show guide

• Shell Scheme (includes walls, carpet, nameboard, fascia, wifi and marketing support): £240 psm
• Space only (includes wifi and marketing support): £220 psm

We will be producing 4,000 lanyards for visitor name badges at the show. We will put your logo and website on the lanyards in a colour of your choosing.

We will be producing 4,000 carrier bags with the Education Innovation logo and also your logo/website on. We will also insert a piece of your literature into the bag.

You can place some literature inside 4,000 delegate bags that will be distributed to each visitor at the show for just £750

You can place an advert in the EICE show guide, which will be distributed to up to 4,000 visitors for:

£350 for a full page
£200 for a half page

You can place adverts on EICE TV which will be broadcast on 8 screens from around the exhibition for betwen £100 and £300 depending on the regularity of the full screen adverts.

As a way to encourage visitors to attend, we will incentivise early registrants with a £500 sponsor voucher. You will get the names of the registrants and the chance to pick a winner to give them the prize. There would be the option of a similar registration offer nearer the time where visitors can come to the stand to see who has won.
